for some reason this feels dreamlike to me, as in this is a dream the character depicted in it is having. perhaps it's the way the light and shadows combine with the flat white background and the xray visual that seems more a visualization of the growing feeling of fullness and her desire for inflation, to be pumped up like a balloon, than a representation of her physical insides.
It's neat.
